We have scheduled update communications to go out each week for the next few months, in order to keep you fully aware of any changes as the project develops. Background to Project 360°

In October 2010, the new Management Team at Crystal Umbrella focused their attention on developments to our core systems. These developments are designed to enable growth whilst maintaining our primary goal; to offer you unparalleled customer service.

In today’s market we understand that efficiency and in turn service is improved through technology and training. That’s why our main focus is to upgrade our segmented systems into a fully synced, real-time processing engine.

Our long term strategy here at Crystal Umbrella, is to provide a payroll processing service which is accurate, on time and well informed.

Since February 2011, we have been preparing for the migration to the new system. We’re sure you’ll appreciate this is no easy task, considering we process over 3000 transactions each week, for over 800 active agencies on a flexible basis.

Choosing the right point in time for all this to go ahead is peppered with challenges but we are determined that it impacts you as little as possible.

Yes, it’s a very daunting task, but never the less one well worth doing, in order to improve our service to you.
