Q: Why do I need a P46?
A: You’ll only need to complete a P46 if you don’t have a P45 from your previous employer. If you don’t have a P45, your P46 can be completed on our Secure Document exchange by clicking here, this is the most secure way of transferring the data to us and ensures swift delivery. However, you can print the form below, fill in the details and post is back to Crystal.

Q: Where do I send my documents?
A: Send all of your documents directly to your Account Manager via e-mail or by fax to 845 226 2280. Your P45 must be an original; therefore you’ll need to post this to;
