Crystal Umbrella Referral Scheme

  • The referred individual must invoice through Crystal Umbrella for a period of three calendar months before the referrer can receive their reward
  • Crystal Umbrella can refuse the right to offer a promotion in certain circumstances
  • You must provide your friend’s name and contact details. We will contact them to confirm they would like to join us.
  • The person you are referring must have agreed to be referred
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received, lost, delayed or incomplete.
  • If an advertised gift is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.
  • Crystal Umbrella shall have the final say on all matters relating to this offer, and decisions made by its Directors shall be final.
  • We reserve the right to change the terms of this promotion or terminate it at any time for any reason.
  • Promotions on the Crystal Umbrella referral scheme may be subject to availability
  • The referred must not have been previously registered with Crystal Umbrella
  • There is no limit to the number of friends that you can refer
  • Promotional benefits cannot be transferred to additional services or cash and can only be applied to live registrations
  • If the referrer leaves Crystal Umbrella employment before his/her friend has served the qualifying 3 months then the offer is forfeited. Unless taking part in a specialised referral promotion.
  • If the referrer leaves Crystal Umbrella employment but ‘comes back to Crystal Umbrella’ on his/her next contract then the referral offer is carried over; this applies to all outstanding referrals
  • Promotions are subject to time frames where stated
  • You may claim either the Love to shop voucher OR 5000 reward points when you refer. Both rewards are not claimable at the same time.
