If the referrer leaves Crystal Umbrella employment before his/her friend has served the qualifying 3 months then the offer is forfeited. Unless taking part in a specialised referral promotion.
If the referrer leaves Crystal Umbrella employment but ‘comes back to Crystal Umbrella’ on his/her next contract then the referral offer is carried over; this applies to all outstanding referrals
