Registration Documents

As an employer in the UK, by law we must obtain sufficient documentation from all new employees to prove the following factors:

  1. Identification - You are who you say you are
  2. Residence - Your main place of residence in the UK
  3. Right to Work - If you are not a UK or European citizen a document stating you can legally work in the UK.

    All registration documents should be sent by email directly to your Account Manager or the processing department clientservices@crystalumbrella.com

    If you cannot email your documents, please use one of the following methods:
