The Web portal is an interactive member’s area which gives you the flexibility and power to manage your Crystal account, wherever you have an internet connection.

The Portal is designed to further enhance our service commitment to our contractors and compliment the work which our team of Personal Assistants will continue to provide those people who prefer that personal touch.

It interfaces seamlessly with Crystal Umbrella’s central operating system which allows you to complete all administration online and in real-time, this includes:

• Register your interest in Crystal Umbrella
• Manage and update all personal and contact details
• Upload important documents like contracts and identification
• Download useful documents such as:
• Expense policies
• Expense claiming guides & manual claiming forms
• P46’s and other common forms
• Useful guides to HMRC legislation
