Employment Contract

Upon agreeing to join Crystal Umbrella, you will be required to agree and sign our standard Terms of Employment in the form of an online electronic contract you will be invited to complete this online in our Secure Document Exchange, simply click the yellow highlighted link in the email invite we send to you.

Once signed this, overarching Contract of Employment is there to give you all the benefits associated with being a fully employed member of staff whilst retaining your “Flexible Employee” status. This allows you to move from one assignment to another with the minimum of fuss and administration whilst retaining the statutory benefits of continued employment.

Note: Failure to agree to these terms will prevent your account being registered and we will not be able to proceed with your application.
