Complaints

We always listen to the views of our customers when developing the principles by which we provide our services.

Our company processes are benchmarked against organisations that have a reputation for providing good service with strong customer delivery focus. We aim to make doing business with Crystal Umbrella a great experience and endeavour to abide by the principles set out in this website and accompanying documentation.

We hope that you never need to complain, but in the unlikely event that you need to; all complaints should initially be directed via email to your Account Manager, who will then refer and escalate your complaint accordingly.

If at any point you wish to escalate your complaint or complete it in writing, please send your letter of complaint to the following address so that we may take the appropriate action:

All complaints will be acknowledged within 12 hours of receipt and we will aim to have your complaint addressed and a satisfactory result offered within 72 hours.
